F.O.W.L. DispositionWhen Darkwing Duck needed his image to be revamped following the disastrous doppelgangers of the Crisis on Infinite Darkwings, Launchpad sets up a meeting with the best in the image business, namely Duck Draper. Draper brought a picture which would be duplicated throughout the city of St. Canard of ordinary citizens wearing costumes like DW's. Being egotistical, Darkwing doesn't like it and leaves out the window.
