Retro-Pinhead is a living puppet that was built by the great puppeteer Andre Toulon, during the 1910's. He was given life with an Egyptian spell and contains the soul of a homeless teenage boy, that had froze to death in Paris, while begging in the winter streets. His weapon of choice is a piece of rope, which he uses to strangle his victims to death.
