Torch is living puppet created by the great puppeteer Andre Toulon. Torch's head is shaped like a Nazi helmet, he has bullets for teeth and his eyes light up red when he fires flames from his flamethrower hand. Torch is inhabited by the soul of Erich Toulon, Andre's son who betrayed his father and joined Adolf Hitler's youth during World War II.
