A soldier from the Cold War, Boris Semyonovich Kuklin was placed inside his battle armor in the early 1970s and entered into cryogenic sleep to await the day when the great Soviet Empire would wage war upon the decadent West. But those days never came, as Kuklin slept through the fall of the Soviet Union and the loss of the Cold War.

Awakening through sheer accident in modern times, Kuklin is now a man out of time, as outdated as his once cutting-edge battlesuit. But make no mistake, outdated though it may be, it is still the product of Soviet scientific genius, and therefore a formidable weapons against any who oppose him.
