HISTORY
Blackie Blade sends two of thugs to attack Detective Hy Speed. When one of the men points a gun at the detective, Rang-a-Tang sees Hy is in trouble. The dog helps Detective Speed, who takes a liking to Rang-a-Tang. The pair teams up to rescue the kidnapped district attorney's daughter held by Blackie and capture Blackie and his gang.
