HISTORY
The right-hand man to Mayor Clark, Tracey Keen is possessed by The Green Ghoul. The villain uses Keen's body to work against Mr. Justice. Mr. Justice detects something odd about Mr. Keen. Pat agrees with him, but Roy Winkler passes off the notion.
When the plot is discovered by Miss Clark, the ghoul kidnaps her. In an effort to evade the pursuing Mr. Justice, The Green Ghoul abandons Keen's body and shrinks to microscopic size.
