Origin

As a baby, he was sent off planet from his dying world after his parents were mugged behind an opera house. On Earth, he was bitten by a radioactive pool noodle, which activated his latent genetic super-powers, but was frozen in ice since World War II. In the present day, Dade Wilson used a cheap A.I. program to write up his bio. He sent that word salad in to the editor and people ran with it.

Creation

It is obvious that Poolnoodle is a pastiche of Marvel's Deadpool with some aquatic elements of DC's Aquaman thrown in for some good humor.
