The Dictator, the Devil in the guise of Adolf Hitler, wants to bomb the peaceful nation of Kurtley. Mr. Justice warns the president to evacuate the capital city. Air Marshall Boreing sends his planes and bombers to devastate the city, but his karma catches up with him when Mr. Justice brings the Nazi officer to the doomed city, where Boreing dies in a deluge of the same bombs he'd ordered dropped.
