Tattoo was a sumo wrestler who was so skilled and strong, that he went undefeated his entire career, but a group of gangsters figured out his weakness, his love for his pet chihuahua Inky, and abducted the dog threatening to kill it unless Tattoo threw his next match. But the TMNT rescued Inky from the criminals, and Tattoo continued his undefeated streak.
