Sloat is an artificial genetic creation of Caliginous, one of the Malignites, and who blindy adores his misstress. He is in charge of the technical operations of Caliginous in her war against Captain Valor.

Still, depiste being an artifical creation, Sloat developted certain very human attittudes like a preocupation for his misstress and contempt against all those who could rivaly for her affections, including Milo Stone, the powerless doppelganger from other universe of Captain Valor. Also, Sloat adores over adjetify his way to speak and is an expert in bootlicking. Several of his attittudes are real comical, even if he, suppously, is genetically uncapable of having a sense of humor.
