Origin

As the son of a museum curator and an archaeologist, Sanford Johnson traveled across the world with his parents. He quickly became interested in exploring. As a teenager, he and his friend, Reginald Murphy, discovered a secret entrance to the long rumored catacombs beneath the Vatican. Shortly after discovering a cave, he was caught by one of the priests. Two days later, their families were sent away by order of the Pope. Years later, he became a museum curator himself and sent his friends Demonslayer and Michael Taylor, along with their new companion Ebon, to those same catacombs beneath the Vatican. There, they discovered a portal to Hell itself, where they encountered demoness Irkalla.
