Victory is one of a handful of characters created by a talented artist who has gone by multiple names on the DeviantArt website (Bliss, MissJadis, The-SheCat (prior and current), etc. All presently inactive). Victory is part of the artist's unpublished "Cataclysmic Comics Group" and made an officially published appearance in Bold Frontier Comics' #0 issue of Empyrean Command.
