The extremely rich leader of Springfield's group of mafia, Fat Tony is never scared of taking risks. He has met the Simpsons family many a time including when Homer was Mayor Quimbys bodyguard and Bart was his bartender. Fat Tony is a widower, he had a wife named Anna Maria with who he had a son named Michael.
Fat Tony died of a heart attack at age 48 in the season 22 episode ´´Donnie Fatso´´ being replaced by his cousin Fit Tony.
