A failed genetic mutation experiment by Professor Hieronymus Higgins created a displaced strain of humans, an offshoot of homo sapiens. These creatures soon went insane, and died in intense pain – all except the Abnormal Girl, Evelyne Hart. She harbors an unreasonable hatred towards all humankind, and a strange allegiance to the man who created her.

Hart has the ability to unhinge her joints, to elongate and stretch far beyond human capacity. Her skin is virtually indestructible, impervious to fire, acid, even radiation.
