Origin

In 2006, escort girl Bethany Howard was hired by a man dealing in antiquities. Visiting his hotel room, she took a liking to one of the music boxes standing there. The man told her the box didn't work, but was made by the mid-18th century toymaker LeMarchand. She touched the box and it began too play. Immediatly, a Cenobite appeared, killed the man and gestured towards Bethany, telling her she would never hear her child's voice. Not knowing she was pregnant, Bethany had a spontaneous miscarriage. She fled the room and the hotel and collapsed on the sidewalk. Waking up in the hospital, she met Kirsty Cotton, who offered her revenge as one of the Harrowers.

She died at the hands of Samuel Hess, the minion of Pinhead.
