Layla first appears in Sirens of the City #1 by Joanne Starer and Khary Randolph. Although the comic is largely in black and white, her powers are depicted with the color blue.
Powers & Abilities
Siren Song: As a siren, Layla is capable of mesmerizing mortal men especially while singing. This ability does not work on uncanny men or any woman.
- Vampirism: Once a mortal man is in her thrall, she is capable of feeding off his life energy.
- Hydrokinesis: Layla is also able to telekinetically control water.
