Paul Fritche is rich business man and the face of the Fritsche Corporation, his wife Alexis is the CEO. His sidekick is Gio Taviani aka Agent Twilight with who he is engaged in a romantic/sexual relationship as well.
Its unknow how or when Paul and Gio started their relationship but it seems their feelings are real, and after Alexis caught them during a sexual intercourse at Night Fox hideout it seems not only Paul and Alexis marriage ended but Paul and Gio relationship went into serious strain till the very end of Supurbia where they express their mutual feelings and a new relationship may emerge from that.
Night Fox operates out of a cave and wears a cowl, his array of high tech vehicles and gadgets as well as his ex-acrobat sidekick draw and obvious comparison to Batman.
