Rufus is an obese kung-fu fighter hailing from the United States of America. He works as a motorcycle mechanic and he loves food and popcorn. When he learned about Ken Masters being considered America's #1 fighter, Rufus was outraged, believing himself to be that title and the most handsome. He and his girlfriend Candy then set off for the tournament so that he could defeat Ken and claim the title.
