Rush was created by Dr. Light to be a support unit and friend for Mega Man. Rush is fiercely loyal and extremely helpful for Mega Man in his battles against the evil Dr. Wily.
Powers
Rush acts as a support unit for Mega Man, appearing only when needed. Rush has shown the ability to: act as a spring launcher to allow Mega Man to jump greater heights; act as a glider to allow Mega Man to cross chasms or dangerous battle fields; act as a submarine; act as a stationary turret; act as an elctromagnetic item-finder; act as a battle suit upgrade that grants Mega Man the abilty to fly; act as a battle suit upgrade that allows Mega Man to wield extremely powerful blasts at the cost of no longer being able to fight with anged attacks.
