Mistress Hel is the Norse incarnation of death itself in the CHAOS! universe. Her goal is to regain the fear and worship of humanity so she may become powerful enough to overthrow Chaos Lords such as Lucifer and rule all of Hell.

Creation
Mistress Hel was originally created to fill the void left by Lady Death, since she was integral to much of the CHAOS! Universe before it's Dynamite Entertainment reboot and she had been purchased by Boundless Comics. Mistress Hel was created by Tim Seeley and she made her debut in the pages of Chaos! #1 May 7, 2014 under a Dynamite initiative to reboot the CHAOS! Universe for a modern generation.
