Rosie is a dancer at the Gala Theater with Nova Kane in New York City. She was once kidnapped by the Battery and almost mugged by another man while walking home with Nova on a dark night during an energy crisis. She was to be used by Mr. Boar to run his home as he absorbed her life essence and converted it in to power to run his home. Luckily for Rosie her friend was Nova Cane and Nova got E-Man to rescue her before she was killed.
