After Saker was defeated, a team of military personnel were sent in to investigate Nacht island. Dr. Robert Vulce was a part of the expedition and discovered a unique artifact. A golden belt which granted him immense strength when he put it on. He used this newfowund device to serve as a member of the military run Strikeforce America super team.
