Electrocutioner is a member of the Destroyers super villain group originally led by Saker. He remained with the group throughout, despite his seemingly self-centered/cowardly nature.

As with most of the Destroyers, Electrocutioner's first actual appearance was in a role-playing game. The statistics in the book list him as having Electricity control, Flight, and Teleportation. In the Elementals comic series he only demonstrated his Electricy powers, presumably the other powers were stripped from his character when the comic series was written. His name in the module is listed as "Carlton Path".
