Beedo tried to pick off his quarry in midrace, but his Manta RamAir Flat-Twin Turbojet was too slow to catch Sebulba before the Dug's last-minute crash. Aldar Beedo finished third overall in the Boonta Eve race and went on to complete in the Phoebos Memorial Classic on Malastare.
