Bones is monster created by Rita Repulsa to fight against the Power Rangers. With a wide variety of powers, Bones was one of the first monsters to fight against the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

Originally making his appearance in the Japanese TV show Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger in 1992 as a minor monster of the week villain known as Dora Skeleton. When Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger was adapted into Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Dora Skeleton was dubbed into Bones.
In Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger, Dora Skeleton is voiced by Yoshio Kawai. In Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Bones is voiced by Tom Wyner.

Bones made his first appearance in Godzilla vs the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #3 as part of a dream sequence if RIta Repulsa ruled the Earth.
