Before becoming a Slayer, she was a sarcastic black-haired girl attending a Catholic school, completely with a strict dress code.
She showed heroic qualities, working together with and saving the life of another Slayer in a battle to defeat a vampire. She got a bite mark for her trouble, about which the other girl said she'd heard that Buffy had a neck wound, too.
This "Buffy Summers" died trying to stall for time for the rest of the slayers by working to unite various underground creatures against the aggressive demons.
