Originally appearing on the Woody Woodpecker show. Chilly Willy has fended off dim polar bears, dogs, Woody himself and many other characters that have attempted to meddle his tranquil Antarctic home. Willy lives in an igloo, has a little red hat and a heating blanket. He is constantly on the look out for warmth and has even sailed to Florida on an iceberg.
Willy is one of those silent characters who never utters a sound. His actions speak louder than his words as he always has some little get warm quick scheme up his tiny sleeve.
