A SPARTAN-II commando, Maria-062 was wounded in battle and forced to retire from active duty, Maria-062 was the first SPARTAN to test the Mark VI armor before it was given to Master Chief. She is the only known SPARTAN (II or III) in history to have retired from their military position and start a family.

Powers & Abilities
Maria had all the powers and abilities of a regular SPARTAN II, including superhuman reflexes, strength, speed, agility, and marksmanship. She is also an excellent tactician.
