Mekman is an enemie of Magnus Robot Fighter (Gold Key & Valiant).

Since childhood, Mekman idolized the power and effiency of robots. A metallurgical genius, he developed a flexible coating for his skin, giving him a robot-like appearance. Intent on controlling North Am, Mekman created Idents, robot doubles for Magnus and the leaders of North Am. The real Magnus defeated the Magnus-Ident in battle and ended Mekman's scheme.

Valiant: After his capture, Mekman was given to psycho-probe conditioning to rehabilitate him. Eventually, however, he overcome his conditoning and returned to menace North Am again.
