Hikaru Ichijyo in the original version (Macross). Main character, officer and valkyrie pilot.
In the Robotech version (USA). he was called "Rick Hunter" and fought in the in the "First Robotech War"(Macross war). Rick was promoted to Admiral, and led the Robotech Expeditionary Force on board the SDF-3.
