Snuff the Dragon Puppet is a part of a group of Demons called Smile Time. The star in a children's show of the same name and suck the lifeforce out of children who watch it. Snuff seems to be the brains of the group as he works the machines that the demons use. He was killed by Tok Shinobu after accidentally setting Ratio Horatio on fire with his flame breath.
