Wendy is a kindhearted young witch who befriended Casper in 1954. She lives with her aunts Thelma, Velma and Zelma within a haunted house. She starred in various series from 1960 to 1994. She prefers to do her witchcraft the old fashioned way since her meeting with Willow. She has potion to turn people good. The ingredients contain sweet herbs, spices, and sunbeams.

Much of her abilities come from her magic wand, her spellbook, and her broom. Taking away her wand prevents her from casting most of her regular spells; taking away her magic book prevents her from casting her more complex spells; and taking away her broom keeps her from flying. Most of the time, her powers include invoking help from "Good spirits" or "Spirits of Light".

She is the more disciplined of the three. She understands the need to scare people, but would step in if the other witches are abusing their powers on humans.

She can easily put large group of people to their own homes with one snap and can detect ghost. She has a good amount of knowledge on other mystical creatures. She is not unstoppable, for example, she was captured by spell proof nets.
