His powers allow him to call up tiny bolts of lightning or create and direct small flames. Wheeler is the Planeteer that keeps the team going with motives, and gives a comical affect. Wheeler's fire bolts are very accurate.
He brings most of the comic relief for the show, he is the only one of the five Planeteers from the United States. He isn't the most intelligent on the team, but he sure does bring the courage and the loyalty that the team needs. He is the most outgoing of the team, which usually isn't a good thing for the team.
