The defacto leader of the Quantum League and one of their three founders, along with Modular Lass and Gravity Lad, Archive V was one of the many offsprings of a futuristic version of Talky-Walky, once the companion of Colonel Weird.
He travelled to earth curious of the life of humans, searching to learn their ways. There, he saw himself involved in the capture of aliens terrorists, along with other two superpowered teenagers. Together they founded the Quantum League, a team tah recruited superpowered teenagers from other planets in a large team. Ther Archive learn about cooperation and developted a romantic affair with his teammate Hammer Lass.
Archive V is a homage to Brainiac 5 of the Legion of Super-Heroes.
