Charlotte, or "Char" for Heath, is the wife of Heath Huston before their separation in present time. The reason began with Earth getting caught in a crossfire between Tetaldians and Dressites engaging in a conflict that claimed her son and father-in-law as the former was trying to get the latter from a razor wire before a bomb landed on them. She and her husband Heath gathered the survivors and scavenged in war-torn Earth before forming a resistance against the two invaders by reverse-engineering their weapons. When the resistance launched an attack on the moon, the Dressite proceed to retaliate on their home base that killed many of their comrades. Eventually, Heath delivered a bomb on Dressite homeworld and ended the conflict. Charlotte was horrified and later broke off with her husband when she learned that Heath just committed a genocide when a representative from United Systems delivered a news of the devastation Dressite's planet. After some time, she became the leader of the human government formed from the ashes of Earth civilization.
