Enfant Terrible is the bastard son of Spider Jerusalem who has no head. Spider...in a quest to get rid of it, lopped it's head off and had someone have sex with it in the head stump before chucking the child to sea in a desperate attempt to kill the thing.
 
The child is finally thrown out a window by Spider, making it explode, finally killing it.
