Harcourt was the personal assistant to Jesus DeSade, the self-styled Lord of the Gomorrah People. They met on the set of DeSade's 1996 production, Sex Dwarf. He was DeSade's loyal retainer from that point on.
He answered phones and refilled lubricant pumps. He ordered to servants and procured extra gerbils. He was DeSade's right hand man, in more ways than one.
During a party in which Jesse Custer discovered that DeSade was making pornography with children, Harcourt tried to save his master from a beating by pulling a gun. In his anger, Custer used his Voice of Command and ordered Harcourt to "eat it." Harcourt put the pistol in his mouth and killed himself.
