Jessica "Jess" Bradley is an intelligent career driven woman who was taken under the wing of James Stillwell. She became his confidant and protégé and over time appears to develop feelings for each other. Jess was the only executive to express discomfort about Vought American handling of supes activities.
Following Homelander failed coup d'état Jess became Vought scapegoat. At a congressional hearing Stillwell became a whistleblower and everything on her causing her to have a nervous breakdown.

A very different version of Jess Bradley would appear in the fourth season of The Boys, who unlike the comics is a supe known as "Sister Sage" and is the smartest person on Earth. She'd help Homelander to gain more power, which to her was just to see if she could. She would briefly join the The Seven but fired after being outed for withholding information. The only mention of her name being Jess Bradley is her driver's license which lists her name as "Jessica Bradley."
