A senior member of the Superhomeys, Major Havoc is also a bit of a simpleton and a lecherous womanizer and has gone out of his way to use his position to abuse Empowered and even got her to dress up in fetish-wear by proclaiming it was for a case. Despite his attitude, he is good friends with Capitan Rivet and dWARF!
In the recent Caped Justice Awards debacle, he was one of the most outspoken critics about Empowered's claims that dWARF! was actually behind it and has made numerous suspicious comments and leaks to the media to taint her image.
He was one of the few survivors of the attempt to apprehend the villain Willy Pete and his poor tactical decisions also led to the destruction of the Joint Superteam Space Station 3, also known as "The D10" and the death of Mindf**k. He also blames Empowered for this disaster as well.
