Mayor Three-Teeth runs a town protected by the Agrami Grendel clan. Where ever he goes, his lackeys proceed before him, calling out," Make way for Mayor Three Teeth!"

A mysterious monster, which they call the "wolf," has been harassing the townspeople and he wishes the Agrami to kill it. He continues to ask the Grendel General, Vlado, to take care of it, and eventually he sends some of his men to kill it.

The mayor, however, keeps rubbing the General the wrong way, so the general keeps punching him in the face, so he loses a tooth each time. Eventually Vlado's son Igor takes over--both the Generalship, and the job of punching out the mayor's teeth!

Each time one of the mayor's teeth is knocked out, his lackeys start a new warning: "Make way for Mayor Two-Teeth!" And so on, until he becomes "Mayor No-Teeth."
