The former student and lover of Muktuk Wolfsbreath, Nusqua used the talents that the shaman gave her to try to become the shaman of a small village in Siberia. She used the corpse of a fifteen-year-old boy to try to augment her abilities in order to assume the power of the goddess Sedna. Nusqua took the boy's father, Rooka, as a lover. When Muktuk was investigating the death of the boy, she killed Rooka. Muktuk brought him back to life, however, and he gave her information which eventually led to her undoing. She was tricked into summoning a demon from her realm instead. Nusqua was created by Terry LaBan and Steve Parkhouse.
