When the Command came into conflict with the Paybacks, Panterdactyl was able to infiltrate their inter-dimensional van.

Flight - Panterdactyl possesses a pair of pterosaur-like wings that allow him to fly at high speeds.
Fire Breath - Panterdactyl was able to unleash gouts of flame from his mouth.
