When the Snoward's children arre attacked by a snowman and a tree that sang annoying songs, one of the kids tells their dog, Ralph Sprinkles, to get Axe Cop. Ralph returns with Axe Cop and Uni-Avocado Soldier and they defeat the snowman and the tree. As a token of their gratitude, the Snoward family gives the heroes their pet dog, Ralph, so that he could be their new police dog. Using his magic horn, Uni-Avocado Soldier gives Ralph the ability to speak.
