Swatto was a bug themed hero who could presumably only speak in buzzing noises.

Swatto appeared in the third season of The Boys as a member of Payback, who was killed by Russians. This version of Swatto is intended to be a parody of the Wasp instead Ant-Man. Also unlike the comics, Swatto is capable of regular human speech opposed to just buzzing.
