Character History 

Tom's parents were members of the Nazi Party in  World War II.  His father was a doctor in a concentration camp that was just a cover to shave, torture, rape and sexually molest young girls.  Tom was the second of three generations of his family to do this and all of them met their end at the hands of Painkiller Jane.
