Zill leads the team into the civilized world. For a leader of a Pride, he is a very neurotic, middle aged Lion. He is seemingly at war with himself when he is forced to take care of his family. He is forced to choose between his own selfishness and his role as a leader to the Pride twice, but he is VERY assertive when they are threatened by a huge bear. Zill can often be seen as a tragic hero, as he strives to do the right thing, and only ends up causing harm.Creation
Zill is a Vertigo character appearing in the graphic novel Pride of Baghdad released in 2006. The book was written by Brian K Vaughan and illustrated by Niko Henrichon.
Powers and Abilities
Zill has much of the typical attributes that a lion should possess. Superhuman speed, vicious ferocity when needed, natural hunting abilities and superhuman senses. Zill is a particularly good fighter.
