Boon Sai Hong is thief in China. He was instructed to steal the book "The Hell of Hungry Dragons" and while he was there he found the ring of staffs. He found a talking monkey with orange eyes who helped him realize what he had. The ring made it so he could defeat anyone if he had a staff in his hands. He was appointed the savior of Zumar when he singlehandly defeated the leader of the Mongol Hoards and won the ring of swords from him. He later gambled away the book to the Judge who used the book to open a portal to hell. Boon managed to defeat the dragon with the help of the white ghost. He eventually gave the ring of swords to white ghost.
