Pet cat of a possible future's Damian Wayne, a.k.a. Batman. The cat is named after the now deceased Alfred, butler of Bruce Wayne. He makes his first appearance in the main continuity in Batman Inc #6.

Alfred the cat was given to Damian as a gift by Alfred following Batman's decision to remove Damian from being Robin. Although he is at first hostile to receiving the pet, Damian opens up to him after it swipes at him, saying that he "has potential."
