In school Jervis Tetch was in love with Alice Dee, one of the popular girls. He went to a new theme park with her called Wonderland. Jervis had his idea of a perfect day with Alice but she didn't like him romantically, as he found out at a school dance. Alice moved on with her life and married Kevin Kahla, but Jervis continued to obsess over her. He visits her at her family home where she has aged a lot and is no longer perfect. Jervis "puts her out of her misery" and bludgeons her with an iron. Even after killing her, Tetch continued to try to recreate Alice's perfection.
