Alice Norton is known as 'The Girl Who Didn't Believe in Superman'. Alice was chosen as the most beautiful child in Metropolis, and won a sightseeing trip around the world with Superman. Unfortunately, Alice was blind, and did not believe in Superman. Superman fearing that the child would totally retreat from the world in cynicism decided to help her by proving her wrong.
